Thanks Greemhillmaniac but it is PowerShell 4.0 not 2.0. With Disable Windows Features you can uninstall version 2.0 but W8.1 has 4.0 too.

Does anybody know how to uninstall PoweShell 4.0 in Windows 8.1? It is built-in in the system. Thanks in advance.
