    Yeah, I mean Windows 8.1. I have v1.3 and yet it does literally nothing.

    Absolutely none of the features for Aero Glass are working. Blur, the transparency effect, borders, you name it. I've tried restarting, but it just gets stuck on "1 out of 1 updates." Even uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't work, and it's pretty annoying. Any help? By the way, my computer is 64 bit.
