The "retail" products include cables,software Etc... The "OEM" Products usually just include the hardware only. In your case it's most likely a bare drive in a box.

Do I need 2 licenses? We are using Office for a Hyperion project (financial app) and we have dual-boot setup on our notebooks. If we already have Office installed on one boot partition, can we go ahead and use that same Office license on the other boot partition? Thanks for your help!
