HateFulSorrow, excuse my being a Jackass that day. i had to refomat every drive, maybe it was with a virus my NAV2005 Prof. Couldnt detect Nor cud any of the real time security agents. (ALL UPADTED EVERYDAY) I am sorry, forgive me, i lost 35GB of data and it took me 2 days to Download it again. Thanks people, i have already installed my windows, settings have been made, and everything fine So Stupid of me.

But there are around 5.678 Billion computer products manufacturers, so please tell IN YOUR OPINION, whcih brand shall i go for and what model number. Here are the specs:- 1)Processor - Intel 3.2 HT EE (I think i know this one) 2)Mother Board - Intel 925 (Am I Right? What are the issues with this? How Many models does it have? Is it worth its Price? {{I need only Genuine Intel Product}}) 3)Hard Disk - SATA, 250GB, 10k rpm (Please Tell the Brand and model) 4)DVD-RW - (Nothing to Describe, But please tell the Brand....SAMSUNG?) 5)Cabinet - (As Spacious but not budget Heavy) 6)Speakers - I have Altec Lansing 7)RAM - 2GB DDR/DDR II/RD (Mhz, Brand and i heard somewhere dual or something like that {{NOT DDR}}) 8)Graphics Card - Company nVidia, RAM 256MB 9)UPS - Well.... 10)Monitor - 19" CRT Any Help wud be highly appreciated. The file's link that you send, crashed my PC, made all my 4 paritions RAW, i had to partition it again, all data lost. Opera 8.2 Registered or FireFox1.0.6 Consider ther following things before you post your opinion:- 1) Security - AntiPhishing, Spyware resistent, Anti-Autoinstall Software (some popups) 2)Speed - I have heard Opera is the fastest, but let me know 3)How much time new bugs surface and thus updates out? 4)Skin support 5)Popup Blocker 6)AdBlocker 7)Plugins 8)Any known Compatibility issues. This is according to Microsoft. But at step 4, when i try to unregister MSIEXEC, the message comes out, about ORDINAL 280 is missing. msi.dll is corrupt, can anyone send their own msi.dll file?

SFC doesnt nothing. It is still there i wrote sfc/scannow it did nothing i said /sfc other options, it said reboot is required, i rebooted, nothing. Please help i have a lot on stake. And NO, it isnt an nLite Installation. The Rock

Hello GUI_M, i recently had the same problem and sorted it out myself, my whole HardDisk wasnt accessible to me. Here's the Solution. Do the following steps, as this is the only solution as far as i am concerned and it worked 100%. Here we go:-- 1) Select all the files. 2) Right Click > Properties > Security 3)There will be an Advanced Tab at the bottom right corner, click on that. 4)A window will pop up. Go to its Owner tab. Click on your user name and Apply. 5)Go to the next tab Effective Permissions. Click Select. A new window will popup, on its left bottom corner, click on Advance. Then the window will change, click on Find Now It will display all the usernames that you have on the PC, select the one you are after (Gui) and click Ok and Ok once more. 6)It will take you to the first window. Click Ok to close everything. 7)Select all the files yet again and then Properties and then Security. 8)Click on the Add Button. Then on the Advanced on the bottom left corner. 9)Click Find Now. Select your User Name and click Ok and Ok once again 10)It will take you to the main Security window, Click on the Full Control CheckBox and apply. You have the access now, if The files are not infected or corrupt. If this doesnt work, then you'll have to select all the files individually and do the same procedure again and again. This will work, 100% Best of Luck and give credit where it's Due always. The Rock.

sfc /scannow This is not working. I went to the CMD Prompt, went to the Root Directory, and typed the code, but nothing happened. i tried the other /[Options] but nothing again. There has to be a solution to this. Please someone who know help me.

Windows Installer 3.1 The Stupid setup says:- Could not verify the integrity of Update.inf. Make ure if Cryptographic service is running on this computer. When i checked the service, it was set to Automatic and running. I stopped it and started it again, but same thing again. I restrated but same. Man i have to use the Norton Antivirus and all the Windows Updates. I am new to this website and saw the things like ATTACHMENT. Is it possible for anyone of you to send me the files? Trying sfc /scannow. Thanks

Hi, I am very new to this site and have very high hopes from you guys regarding my problem. I am not new to the MS WinXp, but wayyyyy behind you guys. My problem is:-- Whenever i install and MicroSoft Product or Symantec product, or any product linked to windows installer, i recieve the following error:- MSIEXEC.exe - Ordinal not found The ordinal 280 could not be located in the dynamic link library msi.dll When i see the Windows Installer, it is set to be automatic, but not started. When i start it manually....it says Could not start Windows Installer service on Local Computer Error 5 : Access is denied i have copied a new msi.dllfile, a new Windows Installer 3.0, a new Instmsi.exe, and did everything that was possible with the help of Google, Unregistring and Reregistering certain dll's to certain registry tweaks, but to no avail. The only solution as i can see is Formatting the hard drive. But thats as far as I can see, not you guys. Please help. I am using Windows XP Pro SP2 RTM2180 (Legit) All drivers updated No virus No adwares No spywares No Drivers Conflicts. Please tell me which files to replace, which to register, and which to delete and where to get them from because i replaced my original files with new ones, maybe they're corrupt too. Also tell me the locations to put the respective files. If you could post the files here, that would be helpful. I'll appreciate your help.
