Alright i reinstalled windows and it works without crashing but im getting horrible lag when dragging windows around does anyone have a download to 1.1.2?

Ill reinstall windows 10 and see if it was on my side ill post here again if it was just me or the new updates.

When i install startisback for windows 10 it works fine but when i restart my computer it wont sign in and if it does sign in nothing works. I had to use system recovery to get my OS back. Any ideas why it would be crashing the OS? oh yea i don't know if it would make a difference but i have cortana blocked from accessing the internet I also used the windows 10 ultimate tweaker tool and have svchost blocked TCP. And have the newest windows updates installed.
