Thanks for the quick response. That's the key I've been looking at. I copied this tweak straight from this site. Unforunately it doesn't seem to "stick". I can change the view to "list", hit apply to all folders, but a lot of the times it will not carry to all the folders. Sometimes the view stays, sometimes it doesn't. Really annoying... I have attached my tweaks.reg file for all to inspect. Maybe another tweak is interfering with this one? tweaks.zip

Hello, This is my first post after lurking around for quite some time. I have my unattended install going along pretty well. I've decided to stop (for the time being) with one exception... I'd like to have the list view ON by default. I've got the classic theme loaded up in my WINNT.SIF file, classic start menu, but my windows wants to put everything in tile view. I can't seem to get the list view 'on' by default. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
