There is the driver for Windows XP/Server 2003. Do visit VBEMP site. Just wanted to add my two cents, this seems to have done the trick for me with Intel HD Graphics 4600. Having said that, I did not require full functionality of the graphics, just to be able to support all the resolutions on the monitor. Therefore I cannot safely recommend it to somebody who needs a fully working solution.
