Has anybody else had this happen? In the middle of surfing around Mozilla will shut down and then I lose all Bookmarks. VERY ANNOYING.

I can't get my Internet Explorer to come up. Everything else works fine, all other programs access the internet fine. Luckily I was playing with Mozilla before this happened so I still have access to the web. I have cleaned my registry, virus scan, spyware scanned, downloaded all latest updates, but when I click Internet Explorer it just tells me that "Page cannot be displayed" Any Suggesstions would be appreciated.
