I am so frustrated right now, and I would really appreciate help from someone out there who knows how to fix this horrible issue I am having. For some reason even after a fresh format of my hdd I am still getting issues with major latency with ataport.sys..... I am running Latencymon, and it is showing astronomical numbers in terms of latency. I have read for the past 6 hours and I have yet to find a solution. Can anyone on here help me out please and thank you? I would really really appreciate it... This is driving me crazy. Here is a pic of what is going on right now after a fresh install of all drivers, windows, etc... Thanks.
