this is what it should look like: this is what it looks like when booting: i edited the sp2 kernel palette directly with a hex editor and changed the bitmap with ResourceHacker. as you can see, only the white is wrong...it's replaced with a dark color (almost black). the white is the 2nd color in the palette. i saw something about the 2nd color being fixed. is this true? is there a possible workaround for this? EDIT: wherever i saw that, it says that the "fixed color" is supposed to be RGB (36,26,21) using photoshop 7 if it makes a difference
