XPFrustrations

First off, hello to all I am really confused.... I have an XP SP2 disk and I want to create an up to date disk using my disk S/N including all updates I have been trying to go about this but the task is huge. Is there any way I can accomplish this fairly easy? There are so many updates that I am totally lost Thanks in advance! Mike
