  1. Hi there, I'm a bit confused about windows network sharing and homegroup sharing. I have my Desktop PC an my Laptop and both have exactly one user with same name and password. I now want to share certain files via Homegroup sharing with other PCs in my network, share some Files via Windows SMD sharing to media devices in the house and most importantly I want complete two way secure access between my Laptop and my Desktop, i.e. I want to be able to login from my Desktop to my Laptop using my credentials and have full access to every file as if I was the main user of the Laptop itself and vice versa. Now the first two points are easy but how do I achieve the third one? I could of course just share every partition on both computers but as I have password login disabled to avoid buggy behaviour of my mediacenter in the living room, that would mean that anybody in the network can access all my files, which isn't a solution either... Thanks in advance, Max
