Actually when I try to open the app, it says that, this app can not be opened from built in admin account. Then I opened a different local account, here when windows opens, screen is blank with few task bar menu.

hi guys !!! I have just installed windows 8 enterprise, but I am not able to open start applications... can any body suggest, how to deal with this situation.
