    I downloaded Win7 updates using WUD, now that they are downloaded how do I install them? I've read you create a batch file I believe. How do I create one for Win 7 updates and where do I place it? Do I place it in the folder where the updates are ie: C:\Windows7Updates ? TIA..... Jo
