I would only use Installrite and similar programs as a last resort.
Switches and Autoit are the way to go in my opinion.

Stick it at the end of the file if your really nervous.
It should be fine there.

Not sure if this will help you or not, but I use this for version 3.2, installing with WPI
%cdrom%\\Apps\\Spyware\\Setup.exe /DIR="%systemdrive%\\Program Files\\Spysweeper\\" /VERYSILENT /NORESTART
If all else fails autoit, or get a newer version.

Using Norton Ghost or similiar programs.
I use True Image, takes me 4 minutes to reload my system.
