As many of you probably know, Microsoft reserves 20% of your bandwidth for it's own use. To get it back, one must go into the QoS Packet Scheduler settings, ENABLE a reservable bandwidth amount, and set it to zero. I learned how to do this using gpedit.msc. Does anyone know how I can get this change to be made upon installation of XP? Perhaps it's possible through the command line, or registry changes?
