    also tried it with [RegionalSettings] Language=00000809 InputLocale=0809:00000809 LanguageGroup=1 SystemLocale=00000809 UserLocale=00000809 it still doesn't work. any suggestions? thanks

    if i write [RegionalSettings] InputLocale=0809:00000809 LanguageGroup=1 SystemLocale=00000809 UserLocale=00000809 there is still us english in nt4. please help thanks
