I saw the even log because I had a Windows 7 repair cd. I did "Disable automatic restart on system failure" and the BSOD came up: STOP: c00002e3 Security Accounts Manager Initialization failed because of the following error : The system cannot find the file specified: Error status: 0xc0000034 Please Click ok to shutdown this system and reboot into Safe Mode, check the event log for more detailed information. I tried going into Safe Mode but when I did nothing loaded
