I cant because it won't go onto the desktop.

Every time I turn on xp its all fine until after the windows loading bar thing leaves. It goes to a black screen and says error missing comctl32.dll when i click okay it waits then says logon interface dll msgina.dll failed to load wats wrong how can i fix it. please help
