  1. Ok submix8c I'm past that point mate but thanks for your input. Now I'm looking at Process Explorer and noticing the spiking happening. Now I can't create a dump or a mini dump(it simply wont let me). It says error opening process access is denied. In saying that, if you re-read what I posted in OP I suggested the spike from System(taken from the system properties window by double clicking on it in Process Explorer and checking the threads tab) was coming from : ntoskml.exe!WheaAttemptPhysicalPageOffline+0x350 after this thread spikes the system.exe usage up to 25%(As in in the system properties\thread tab its the thread that spikes system.exe to 25% usage ish and happens every 3-5 seconds) dxgmms1.sys!VidMnInterface+0x26500 spikes its CSwitch Delta to 500-800.(I dont understand what that means but it may help with the diagnosis.) When this happens it also Stutters and freezes streaming video my pc for a short amount of time.(We are talking 50-200 milliseconds here.) But from my understanding its not coming from Hardware Interrupts.(Followed the guide on the website here to see if it was hardware interrupts.) Any Help on this matter would be appreciated. I am a fairly experienced computer user and digging this far into this problem is kind of exciting for me and i would love if someone else with more knowledge would help me further diagnose where this problem is coming from. Cheers guys and hope to hear from you soon.
  2. Hi, i have been experiencing a 25% spike in system. every 2-5 seconds. I am on windows 7 64bit. I have been trying to isolate the problem but have not been able to find any solutions. Using Process explorer by Sysinternals its telling me the spike is coming from specifically : ntoskml.exe!WheaAttemptPhysicalPageOffline+0x350 Im seeking advice how to further isolate what the cause of this random spike is. Cheers guys Just let me know what information you need from me and i can get that to you ASAP.
