"j". Just "j", when attempting to boot from USB

I'm getting the "j" problem too. I created the bootable usb drive with WinUSB Maker 1.8 on my Win7 laptop. When I restart and boot on it, I don't get any problems. But when I boot my desktop on this bootable usb drive I get the "j". Therefore, it's not my bootable usb drive that has a problem. It's the computer bios of my desktop.
