  1. System Drive for WinXP reflected as F

    ncc68 posted a topic in Windows XP
    There is only one hard-disk (and one partition) in my system running Win XP. I do not understand why F is being used as the drive letter for the system drive. I cannot change the drive letter under Disk Management as Windows prompted me that I'm attempting to change a system drive. Would very much appreciate if any one can help me with this. PS. I have recently passed my hard-disk to a colleague for recovery. Could it be due to this? Thanks.
