caminator

I created a server group and installed server on both of my 2000 servers i have here. One of them got an error when it installed, and the installation never took place. This was on the server that I installed the Symantec Server Center onto. I wanted this to be the main server, to control the rest of the clients through. The second server took perfectly, and everything appears to be working on that one. When I go into the Symantec Server Center in my server group, it has a big red X on it, and the servre that didn't take the install has a red down arrow on it. The other one that is working properly has a blue triangle that points up on it. Can someone tell me what these images mean....and why the main server wouldn't take symantec server install?
