aol does have places where you can store mail and its very conveinent. The problem is that the new program, 9.0, has had its troubles and I have had to uninstall, reinstall, losing all of the saved mail.

With aol, the only way to do it would be to copy and paste the email, perhaps in notepad, and then put that into a file. Say I have a file called waterissues, I would like to make a folder in that and put certain emails into it. Is that enough info? Im doing the best I can. Thanks again and thanks for the next time.

I use aol. What happened is I am now in charge of a group called Hopewell Junction Citizens for Clean Water. I get many important emails and would like to put them in files instead of leaving them on aol. In aol you can lose your stuff-something I learned the hard way. Thank you.

Hi, Im new at this and I have a question. I would like to make a folder on my computer where I can put emails that need to be saved. My question is, how do I create a file? Any one have the answer or a link to where I might find the answer? Thanks
