How did you strip it down to just include nero burning rom? Whats the steps for doing this? Did you also get rid of the Nero "folder" at my computer? (please make a guide...)

SO did anyone find a way to select what "components" to install? or is there only a way to install the whole "suite" of programs? Also any idea how to reg. plug-ins?

Agree. That's why i wondered the one now seems good! at least the special version where PowerDVD works

Nepali: Thanks for the help on this one. I'm starting to think there is no way to restore the dll's quartz.dll and msxml3.dll at the same boot as XPize was installed with those 2 dll's. Ive tried now with this in a cmd file: rem Gjenoppretter ukompatible dll filer installert med XPize. sfc /purgecache regsvr32 /u /s %WinDir%\system32\msxml3.dll regsvr32 /u /s %WinDir%\system32\quartz.dll del /q %WinDir%\system32\msxml3.dll del /q %WinDir%\system32\quartz.dll copy /y "%~dp0msxml3.dll" "%WinDir%\System32" copy /y "%~dp0quartz.dll" "%WinDir%\System32" regsvr32 /s %WinDir%\system32\msxml3.dll regsvr32 /s %WinDir%\system32\quartz.dll and running this right after XPize installation with ALL dlls (as there are no way to exlude specific dll's) does not seem to work. PowerDVD and WMP still crashes (at next reboot). BUT HOWEVER if I run the command from above after the next reboot AFTER wpi has installed, and yet again reboot then it works! Nepali or anyone else, any idea on how to make this work at the same boot as XPize installs?

Im a bit confused after sarching around at the forum. What exactly is the best way to completly disable WFP? (without using nlite)

I'm installing XPize with my UA DVD. There are two problematic dll files that i need to restore after XPize is installed. msxml3.dll and quartz.dll How do I restore the original files from above after XPize is installed with a batchfile? The files are WFP protected and in-use.

I've integrated KB902953 (Office 2003 junkmail filter update) to my UA dvd, but it still shows up on Microsoft Update. Any idea???

Doun the bug. I had installed klite codec pack. Remove all the CyberLink decoders from klite codec pack and its ok.

Actually Power DVD6 makes my WMP10 crash when playing .wmv files even with XPize uninstalled! (.mp3's are fine). Any idea?

Sure the only way to get rid of registration pop-up is to delete that exe file? Seems kinda harsh. Are there no reg "tweak"?

Did'nt take THAT long I think quartz.dll and msxml3.dll are causing my problems. msxml3.dll causes WMP10 to crash quartz.dll causes Power DVD 6 to crash (System + apps = Norwegian language)

Hmm this is weird. Installing without msxml3.dll or uninstalling msxml3.dll manually (add/remove apps) makes WMP10 work fine, but does not fix the PowerDVD 6 crashes. If I uninstal all .dll's Both PowerDVD and WMP10 work fine.

I tried to remove all .dll files with xpize uninstaller and WMP seems to work fine. Ill try now to install all .dlls but msxml3.dll and see what happens.

WMP10 and PowerDVD 6 (possibly other programs) crash. It's claimed by forum users to be XPize. Any ideas suggestions?
