  1. Excel vs Access

    rigs posted a topic in Microsoft Office
    Got a HUGE general question for anyone who wants to send me their opinions. I'm curious what the word is on using excel vs access for database programming. I will be using some math and stats while at the same time requiring a number of people to make changes and update databases without spending hours inputing data from large lists. so therein lies my dilemma...what is better excel or access. any and all opinions are very much appreciated. thanks Rigs
