  3. Hi, I have a really odd trouble .... First of all, I'm creating a windows xp sp2 with all the current patch without media player or media connect. All of these in the french release of windows xp. First run of xpcreate, everything fine, windows installs correctly and everything is ok. Second run of xpcreate (xpcreate has moved the sp2 patch into the oldfile directory, witch is normal) ..... and the windows xp install bugs during the intall at the second boot and says that there is missing files or corrupted files. One of them is "inetcomm.dll". I've moved the sp2 patch into spacks again and tried another run : everything fine again ...... I've tried to slipstream manualy the sp2 and it bugs at the same state. The ISO is only correct when I put the sp2 patch into spacks. When it's not, the installation process bugs ..... So I'm wondering that xpcreate has a bug and ignore some files when he doesn't slipstream the service pack ..... it's just a guess ...... Tell me what to provide in order to help (and be helped) :-)
  4. Hi, I'm trying to create a windows XP SP1a up to date ..... I've downloaded 2 days ago XPCREATE and I can't include directx9c ..... In it's first run, it doesn't create the SRVC-DX9 folder ..... like shown in "what goes where" and the "current hotfix" page ..... So I've created it and placed the file "directx_9c_redist.exe" in it ..... but xpcreate seem to ignore it (when I install the system, directx is still in the 8th version). Thanks for your help P.S. : I do not want to put the SP2 of windows XP ...... there is a lot of dirty patch inside.
