thanks for suggestions but whatever i try there is always a "but" attached. I have a 32-bit/64-bit laptop and whichever version I try to download it says I'm using the wrong one. How do I just even find the one to download to try. This is going on 3 weeks I have tried to fix this and nothing works. I have used all sorts of scans to check for virus and trojan etc. and sometimes come up with something. but at the end of the day i can't fix this problem and I am getting very discouraged and sorry I bought such a complicated scenario. thanks...

I have windows7 on msi laptop 32/64 bit Driving me nuts (not a long drive) with its pop up error and it interferes with some thing working right. I got rid of trojan vuno and some malware but apparently this file is corrupt. Is my only choice just reinstalling the whole thing? I hope not. Anybody? I've seen all kinds of suggestions on YouTube but have not tried any yet
