There are different versions of wimgapi.dll make sure you copy the right one, If not sure witch one just try all of them the program will start with good one. Wright for me was in ?:\Program Files\Windows AIK\Tools\amd64 so just copy it to ?:\Program Files\vLite or where ever you installed to.
