    the only thing i did was install NAV2005. I ran hackthis and the ultimate troubleshooter on it. and came up with nothing. I also ran ad-aware pro and spysweeper. I also ran acronis privacy expert and advanced registry optimizer. And never came up with anything. So I used drive scrubber and formatted my drive to department of defense standards and then re-installed windows with my disk i slipstreamed sp2 into. Which I learned how to do here, and everything is working great now.

    For some reason today I have 4 of everything in my control panel. I have system restore dis-abled. I am running windows xp pro with sp2. Any help would be great.
