Forgive me if this has already been covered. I am completey new to this but have recently started a new job in testing new laptops for customers and setting them up with username and location etc. I have been looking for a way to automate this as the numbers we have to do a day are quite high a repetitive. I stumbled upon this autounattend.xml thing and assumed this would work for me but I am so confused has to how it all works. I have searched through 100's of posts and only found sample autounattend, still I am confused. Basically theses are all brand new laptops and have windows installed already, We are just looking at automating the location settings and user settings etc that lead up to the first running of windows. Is this possible using an xml file and if so could someone help me with creating one?
