  1. I think you can modify this image by opening in ResHacker the file MSGINA.DLL located in /%WINDIR%/System32/ It can also be located in a WinXP extracted iso folder, under the name MSGINA.DL_ . (You need to decompress it with "expand" windows command) Once you are in ResHacker, go to "Bitmap" then to "103". This is the way it is shown on my computer. It could also be different for you. Just search around in the file with ResHacker. All you need to do is just replace the image with your own image. The image may have to be a BMP, 16Bit.
