  1. Thanks for the input, I'll take a closer look at it.
  2. OK, so I managed to fix the problem. I created two folders containing the Unattended Installation files, apparently I used the wrong one. I found it strange that it asked for hal.dll while this does not even come with the files created via nLite. I suppose it is being generated while processing? Also you need to take a closer look to the very first files that are needed to start up. I noticed that there are several files such as boot.ini + menu.lst and winsetup.lst that are related to each other. Of course, they're all related but these are the files that you have to look in when you want to make changes? Greets
  3. Okay, sorry for misunderstanding. I'll do it right away.
  4. Hi all, I'm new here and first of all I'd like to thank everyone for all the support they're delivering. I've read a lot of topics (including FAQ) trying to solve my little issue, but I can't really find an answer to it. I'm trying to make an Unattended Installation on a 16GB NTFS Bootable USB-Stick. I did make the Unattended Install already using nLite. The fact is, the first time after I copied the unattended files directory to my USB by using WinSetupFromUSB and booted a PC(no partitions installed) from the USB, I gladly noticed the correct entries in the bootloader. So I selected entry 1 and it started the installation (Good). After loading the drivers and should press ENTER to install Windows, I turned off my PC. The next time I repeat the same process, it does not show the first entry anymore. So I went to take a look at the files on the USB-Stick and I noticed that it must have been deleting several entries concerning option 1 (TEXT-MODE). I tried to recreate the Boot.ini file by determine how I think it used to be, but it only results in HALL.dll missing or similar errors. Next thing I went formatting the USB-Stick in Windows and copied the files again by using WinSetupFromUSB. Then I opened Boot.ini and STILL all the entries of Text-Mode (option 1) didn't show up! Could somebody please help me clarifying this up? I really appreciate the input! Greets
