  1. I have Cached Exchange Mode disabled. Any other ideas?
  2. I hope I posted this in the right location. I am having a problem with Outlook 2003 at my job. We connect to our organization's exchange server to retrieve e-mails. Since i've upgraded to Outlook 2003, I do not receive e-mails as they arrive but rather when I change to a different folder. I.E. Outlook is open and i'm currently in my inbox. Someone sends me an e-mail and I will not receive it until I change to another folder. With Outlook 2002 I was able to receive e-mails instantly as they arrived through the Exchange server. Any ideas?
  3. It seems the version of nVidia nForce IDE Controller I have (that came with MB) must be outdated/defective. I opted out of installing it the second time around and no problems at all. I now have Primary and Secondary IDE Controller on my Device Manager (where before I did not). Thanks for everyones input!
  4. Well, I found out what the problem was (even though it take a reinstall of Windows to fix it). I had installed the nVidia IDE Controller which replaced the primary and secondary controllers and it some how interfered with the cd writing process. It worked out OK and everything is working great now.
  5. Verbatim discs and the buffer is at 100% the whole time. It locks up at the exact same place every single time. I just uninstalled SP2 and it didn't fix the problem. I don't know what else it could be but i've absolutely had it with this drive and Windows. I'm so frustrated right now. Nero is 6.0 Ultra but I have same problem with Windows Media Player.
  6. I am having major issues with burning a CD since i've upgraded to SP2. Here is the sequence of events: 1. Formatted drive, reinstalled Windows XP and upgraded to SP2 (from SP1). 2. Installed all necessary drivers (video, audio, network adapter, etc) 3. Installed Nero 4. Attempted to burn a cd with Nero and cd gets up to 5% and I hear the DVD-RW kick into "high gear" and then slow back down again, and shortly after the cd ejects saying error on the screen. I have tried burning with Windows Media Player, XP & Nero. I've also swapped the DVD-RW with a Sony CD-RW 52X that I have and that didn't work either. I was led to believe that it was my ASPI drivers, so I updated them and that didnt work either. I need help! ((I have posted this in Windows XP Forum as well))
  7. Well, now i've uninstalled Nero and it still doesn't work with Windows Media Player either (which is why I believe its a SP2/driver issue). It was Nero Ultra 6.0
  8. Someone please help me out here!

  10. I've had this printer for about 4 years and although it's old and not as fast as the newest ones it's been great. I have, however, had a problem with the printer spitting out one blank page when I turn it on almost 99% of the time. I've read that it could be caused by a faulty driver and therefore reinstalled the driver. Still have the problem. I checked cable connection and everything looked fine. I know that HP Printers are known for this problem however I haven't been able to find a fix. Anyone?
