Hi I am new to this and if any one can provide help it will be greatly appreciated. sorry if it is abit lon g but i wanted to provide as much information as possible I made a windows disc and loaded, all works well and when i go to system properties i can see my support information appera correclty along with the model and manufacturer, however the logo does not appera in the system. this is my oem file [General] Manufacturer=Creative Computers Model=Multimedia XP [OEMSpecific] SubModel= SerialNo= OEM1= OEM2= [support Information] Line1=Thank you for your purchase. Bondi 2026 Line4=Tel (02) 9386 1990 Line5=Fax (02) 9386 1293 in the same folder which is C:\XPCD\$OEM$\$$\System32 my logo.bmp is alos there, when i go the newly built computer and browse to the system 32 folder the logo is there, any ideas would be greatly appreciated. A 2nd problem i am having is i can preinstall for example winrar but i cant get the program to run and install itself onto the machine, but if i go to the c:\install\application on the new machine i can see winrar there i have tried following the instructions and made this file ECHO.
