Hello, can anyone help my on this? When I start my computer I get a window for setting up fax then I get the window can't find fax.msi. Also can someone tell me what desktop.ini file is it is in my startup folder along with hp monitor. I was taslking to HP and they told me to move it to my desktop so it would not be in the startup folder. So I was wondering what it is and now that it is on the desktop can I delete it? FOR your information : The fax window started appearing before I moved the desktop.ini out of startup folder Any suggestions thanks mark
