Well, I'm still here fooling around with some ideas. First, it's not an Outlook problem I think... it's a Word problem, but that will force me to reinstall Word from scartch keeping in mind those two SPs I have (1 and 2) . It would be of use to know the file that Outlook loads to invoke Word... any idea? Thank you

Yes! Word works fine. I can't remember a major or minor incident that could take me to this. I was wondering if it could be another program and not only Word viewer as M$ article says. Do you know what kind of file tries Outlook to execute when launches Word? I'm deep inside the file types list looking for anything wrong. Thanks for your support!

Yeah! I thank you so much. It's the exact problem I HAVE... because I think the problem is bigger than this article says: I CAN'T FIND WORD VIEWER IN THE INSTALLED PROGRAMS LIST!!! Any other hint, please? and thanks again...

Hi to all, I have a problem since a few days ago. When I invoke Word from Outlook (as mail editor) it begins the process but stops, and Outlook informs that Word is busy or corrupted. I can see in Task Manager that word is running, and apparently freezed. When I try to log off, the system informs that I have to close all word's windows before exiting OS. Some would be really usefull. tornomac (newbie )
