If this is still actual: You need to make service from Winamp or another player. Or CMD.exe - then you can start anything from it. This service must be "interactive", to interact with desktop. After you start it, you can get to "session 0" by rundll32.exe winsta.dll,WinStationSwitchToServicesSession. You need "UI0Detect" service running for seeing session 0. Right now I listen Winamp from my torrent-box (windows 2008 x64)
