1. lol, ok well if asnyone else was curious, I figured something out that proved *extremely* beneficial: taken from here.. in "System32" you have the x64 files ---> main x64 system files in "SysWOW64" you have the x86 files ---> dependencies for the 32bit processes running on your Windows x64.
2. Ok, I have been installing 3rd party themes, and some of them come with extra system files (ie shell32.dll, explorer.exe, imagesres.dll, explorerframe.dll etc).. The last time I was doing this, I used Restorator to change Win XP icons in shell32, explorer, and mydocs.dll -- just dragged and dropped.. simple. Ok, I'm running Windows 7 x64, and I'm quite confused as to what file I need to change that would be the equivalent to WindowsXP shell32.dll (you change those and everything changes - ALL files types, drive icons, desktop icons, etc). Is it imageres.dll, and do I need to worry about keeping the changes consistent with shell32.dll (do I need to change them at all in shell32)? Will dragging and dropping in Restorator work like it did for me in XP? Any help is much appreciated!
