  1. software bug

    hi am lina and i have windows 7 ultimate i dont know if u can help me but i had a problem last month with my usb ports and i've been told that its a software bug and a maintaince guy repaired that for me but today suddenly i got error messages that i thought were from a program i was working on(smart draw) and now they arent working! that is any usb i put is not seen by the computer so i need help major help plzzz
