I am using make_pe3 and penetwork to creates a winpe3.0 ISO. I have a RALINK PCI 802.11n wireless adapter in a desktop and a Broadcom 4321ag 802.11 a/b/g/n Wi-Fi adapter in a laptop. Neither of the drivers load when booting the ISO. Penetwork does see the adapters, but does not load the drivers. The drivers are integrated into the image with DISM. If I try to install the NICs in device manager, that also fails with a device status code of 28. The error indicates that a file is missing, but does not give the file name. I can see the drivers from the device manager Drivers tab. I also noticed that the service for the ralink NIC is not being installed. What am I missing, or how can I debug this problem? Thanks
