As a test I tried an install of 10.7 with the classic installer just a day or so ago and got a message from the installer to update the operating system.......and it then stopped...... Ed.R.

Has anyone tried Opera 10.7 on a Win98 system that is is not modified. The problem was fixed on 10.62 and it will run fine but have not seen or heard if there is a problem with 10.7. Thanks

P.S. Please post if 10.6 runs for you......I'm running 10.54 with no problems but have not yet tried 10.6 Ed.R.

You can get the latest (or at least one that works) msimg32.dll at this web site..... http://www.helpy.com.ar/dll-download/m.htm I would recommend you rename the old one and keep it before you copy the new one just in case you find a problem....I have had no problem using this one on an original Win98 system.... The 10.54 release of Opera (released this morning) still runs just fine on WIN98 with no other operating system changes...... Ed.R.
