(for /f "delims=: tokens=1" %%i in ("%~dp0") do set drive=%%i:) I M RUNNING IT ON WPI.CMD AND SUCCESFULLY RUNNING WPI AFTER WINDOWS INSTALLATION. BUT I HAVE COPIED IT THROUGH A FORUM.
