  1. importing into outlook

    Would appreciate some assistance. I am not very computer literate, so I will need some detailed directions. Have been running Mozilla Thunderbird for several years and have a lot of important saved messages in various named folders. Recently encountered problems with sending mail and couldn't get Roadrunner to help ("we don't support Thunderbird") so I have reverted to Outlook. Would like some comprehensive advice on how to move my thunderbird messages into Outlook. Thanks for any help you can give. Budsalyer
