  1. @Redhelix.... My company has a VL agreement, but I'm unable to find it on M-Soft's site... Do you have a part number for 1.6? Thanks ***************************************** Never mind! We found it! THanks anyway! *****************************************
  2. Zoro: Sure thing. I don't know if this will be of much help, but the answer to my problem was in the PAGINGFILES registry value, as outlined on this link: MMC Tutorial My defrag failed to work, and once I set this value properly, I was able to get it to work. What problem are you having?
  3. Thank you, Uni! I hadn't tried today! I should be able to find the answer now.....
  4. I am trying to get Windows XP's defrag working. I know the answer is simple, and I know the answer is out there. I got it working at one time, by using a tip that was stored on the 911cd.net forums. As we all know, the 911cd.net forums are no longer working. I have the MMC working, and the Defrag console comes up nicely. When I click on the Analyze or Defragment buttons, I get the message Disk Defragmenter could not start. I get the same message on the command line version. The answer to getting BOTH working is the same, I just CAN'T remember what it is, and it is bugging me. Anyone? Any ideas? Please??!!
