i have a new mesh computer with a 7 in 1 internal generic card reader.When i look in my computer i see the card reader there as removable media.When i insert my sony momory card into the slot the computer seems to think about it for a minute or so then the removable media icons just dissapear.The only way i can then get photos off my camera is with the usb cable sipplied.How can i get this reader to work as it should.I must also say i have the same problem with the front mounted usb ports as well! yes the red light is constantly on when booting up i have tried bootvis but this does not show anything up when it starts even in the left hand pane where all the drivers etc should show up.

i have a new computer with a 250gig sata hard drive and i notice on the boot up screen that it is on channel 3.Is this detrimentle to the performance of the computer as it take an awfull long time to boot up and the performance seems to be very slow.Would i be better to put it onto channel 1? thanks

i have just had my computer back from a repair and the manufacturar has put me down as C:\Documents and Settings\Mr. A ???????.So when i download things they get to be put intoC:\Documents and Settings\Mr. A ??????\Desktop\.How do i change my name in this folder to just "Andrew".I went through the registry and changed all item concerning my surname to andrew and that totally screwed up my system that i had to do a restore.Its not a big problem its just i would rather have it set up the way i want to. Can it be done Thanks
