Got it solved. Had to do with the product key. Just removed the product key from the unattended section and installed without problem. Added and activated with correct key post-install.

Just wondering if anyone has used a guide in the MSFN forums (or elsewhere) to skim down and create unattended install for Win7 Ultimate x64 N OEM successfully, and which it is, OR what guide will best work for this version of 7? The official MS image I will be working with is as follows: 7600.16385.090713-1255_x64fre_clientn_en-us_OEM_UltimateN-GRMCNULXFREO_EN_DVD.iso, MD5: cdfb40af76111af37405c8829b352f19, SHA-1: 13DFFD155EFD112B6A09A4A729128C2062A7D373. The N version lacks IE8, Media Player, and Media Center, which have been officially removed by MS. I will be working under XP Pro SP3 x86. Thanks for looking
