  1. Check to make sure you don't have any viruses. Then open a command prompt window and run SFC /SCANNOW. Reboot. Go to Computer in the Start Menu and right click - select Manage - select Services and Application - select Services Scroll to Windows Time and set it to Automatic. Go to your clock in the system tray and right click select - Adjust date/time You should see a window that looks like the attached
  2. If that is true why does the path still show SHELL32.dll even though I have changed the FOLDER icon to one that is in IMAGERES.DLL?
  3. Right Clicking a Folder /Properties / Customize /Change Icon: by default the path is displayed as %SystemRoot%\system32\SHELL32.dll Can the default path be altered - in the registry or elsewhere - so that %SystemRoot%\system32\imageres.dll or some other default file is the new default?
