There are two hard disks. Does the BIOS change load order and try to boot from IDE hard disk? As for testing purposes disconnect the IDE hard disk. Solved! It seems like after reboot in bios changed the order of HDD. Now working fine but it seems like that its need more time to boot.

Copy file ahcix86.sys to system32\drivers.
