  1. Tried it again from a windows PE environment. No dice. Even worse. It decided to simply change the device letter assignments somewhere in the middle of the process, so now I have a users folder on the wrong drive! C'mon can't anyone give me any tips?
  2. Added the x86 version of the command and removed the reseal, now the Users directory is in the correct place, but Program Files is still in the wrong spot. What am I missing?! EDIT: D'oh "ProgramData" is of course the ProgramData folder, not the Program Files folder... EDIT2: Or not. According to the WAIK help "ProgramData" is the Program Files folder... but the content matches C:\ProgramData (which also exists)
  3. I want to install windows 7 with both the ProfilesDirectory and the ProgramData on my D: partition, but I've run into a series of problems: 1. When I run the installer from booting the DVD, the autounattend.xml is ignored (I tried various usb ports for my flash drive) 2. When I run the installer from a previously installed Win7 with the /unattend:G:\autounattend.xml flag, it isn't ignored, but the settings for ProfilesDirectory and ProgramData are ignored (For testing I added an Audit-mode reseal, which wasn't ignored) What am I doing wrong? A few details: -I'm trying to install Windows 7 Professional x64 -I used the Win7 WAIK to create the autounattend.xml, by adding amd64_Microsoft-Windows-Shell-Setup/FolderLocations to the oobeSystem step
